TroyCable will be performing maintenance to replace faulty equipment.

Maintenance Window:
November 21, 2019 12:00AM - 6:00AM

Customers affected:
All customers will be impacted

Affected services:
The maintenance will affect video services

Impact for customers:
During the maintenance window, customers may experience a loss of video services for up to 60 minutes

Why we're doing this:
The Engineering team is replacing a failed component in the infrastructure to restore redundancy and increase reliability and performance.  It will be performed during the overnight hours to minimize disruption.
