HD Channels with Black Screen

DCH 70,DCH 200,DCT 2000 and DCT 2500 boxes will not display an HD signal. The broadcast channels (WSFA,WAKA, etc.) that we have in the clear on the 200 channels are most times in HD format.
A customer with this type box who tunes to one of these channels the box will not display a picture but will have sound. In some cases tuning these boxes to an HD channel will cause the box to reboot. This is common and swapping the digital box is unnecessary.
Any customer wishing to receive these channels should upgrade to an HD box (DCX 700 at a minimum).
